Alexander Zadorozhnyy studied law at the Institute for Economics and Law at Kiev National Linguistic University, Kyiv, Ukraine, from which he graduated in 2004. He studied in an international LL.M. Finance-program at the Institute for Law and Finance at J.-W. Goethe University, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, from which he graduated in 2006. He joined Nörr Stiefenhofer Lutz in 2007 after almost two years of experience in a large international law firm in Frankfurt am Main and Kyiv.
Alexander Zadorozhnyy focuses on capital markets transactions, banking and finance, corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions, as well as on full range of general corporate work. His experience in the field of capital markets and banking law includes five years of work with all kinds of contracts, cross-border transactions, capital market transactions, mergers and acquisitions.
