Elena Yassik joined Deutsche Bank in July 2007 has eight years of professional experience in investment banking and financial advisory. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Elena was a Senior Executive in the Transaction Advisory practice of Ernst & Young initially in Moscow and then in London where she moved at the beginning of 2005.

In Deutsche Bank Elena is responsible for execution and origination of equity capital markets transactions and is covering Central and Eastern Europe.

Her recent transactions included: US$500m Mapely IPO (FTSE 250); US$400m Park Plaza debt financing; US$3bn Kazakhmys IPO (FTSE 100).

Elena was born in Ukraine. She holds a Master degree in Finance and Credit from the Financial Academy of the Government of Russian Federation and a Master degree in Linguistics and Intercultural Communication from Moscow State University of Lomonosov.
