Jeff originally joined Deutsche Bank in 2002. He and his team are responsible for managing all transactional aspects of ADR and GDR program establishments, both unlisted and listed, including primary and secondary share offerings. The Transaction Management Group works closely with the issuing company, their counsel, the underwriters and their counsel to ensure the right client package is properly structured and all required legal and regulatory requirements are met. Before joining Deutsche Bank, Jeff was a lawyer with the New York law firm White & Case, and Investment Banking Legal Counsel at Lehman Brothers. Jeff has an MGA from the University of Pennsylvania, a JD from the University of Houston, and he studied international economics and relations at The Johns Hopkins University SAIS.
